The staff was rude and unhelpful. They were not friendly at all! I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business.
