I’m also a former patient. For all those looking to get their medical records, send a request for your records to the address listed on the Texas Medical Board which is the address of the clinic. You can also request the help of the Texas Medical Board tmb.state.tx.us He may have also forwarded all of the records to the practice he lists for containing care North Houston Pain Center in Kingwood. Good luck everyone. It’s a shame he couldn't send out a letter with this information.

In all my 55 years, I've never visited a physicians office that was so welcoming. Dr. Durham and Dr. Egerman, including Staff. I've suffered sciatica pain for years, the older I got, the more pain I felt. I was seeing two doctors for two years with no results. Both were treating me for arthritis. After seeing Dr. Durham and Dr Egerman, they found absolutely no arthritis.
Im living proof that when you go to the proper physicians, you can live a pain free life. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
