Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. They were friendly enough at this office. I was welcomed but that was about it. I left feeling satisfied with how the visit went. The doctor was helpful and I felt encouraged. I felt the staff could have been more friendly. I didn't get the warm welcome that I usually expect. Any time I try to call they never answer their phones. If you like being able to talk to the doctor or the staff then find another doctor. Not even the nurses pick up the phones, and they will lie to you about giving messages to the doctor, they will say they did but never do. Don't let them put you on hold because it may be the last time you talk to them. As long as you go in to the office you can get answers but if you going to call be prepared to wait....
