Although, I would refer my friends and family here, their is room for improvement! Dr. Blackburn's skills are great and I am confident that they are using the latest treatment methods, but he and his staff could use some customer service training! They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty or others to them.

On the posititve side, I did noticed how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.

The biggest problem I see is, they briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. He is very arrogant, and has no time to listen to the needs of most of his patients. His office is so crowded, that he is always in a rush and will walk away while you are asking questions.

I have been an on and off patient of his since 2002. I can't lie, I will go back because he always clears up issues I'm having with my skin, but they will reoccur, and then I have to go back a few years later.

As stated above, he is an excellent doctor in his field, but needs an attitude adjustment, and customer service training. As for his staff, everytime I cancel or reschedule an appointment, their is never record of it. He needs to create a better system, or hire more accurate staff members!
