When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. I didn't consider their waiting area chairs to be too comfortable. I would have preferred to wait in something a little nicer.
