They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed.

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond
