They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.

I love Dr Lund and staff, the attention to detail was super. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I was completely at ease during my appointment here, Dr Lund cares about every person he treats as if your a good friend. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I highly recommend Dr and their facility.
