They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else.
i am a patient of dr. suthar's. i have been seeing him for 6 years. ive just requested to speak with him and was told the following "i can make the request that he call you, but he probably wont. he doesnt talk to the patients. you talk to us, we relay the message, and he gives an answer." No one ever answers the phone over there and usually it takes a FULL DAY (at least) to get back to me. Im going to seek other professional help after my next appointment. after asking & asking, he absolutely refuses to do...ANYTHING to help me. Dr Suthar is a pretty bad doctor and does not have good bedside manner. he is out totally out of touch. i would avoid him if i were you.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
