I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available. When I first opened the door to their office, I noticed a faint but distinctly foul odor. It wasn't unbearable, but it definitely wasn't enjoyable. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be.
