Going to Boca Fertility was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I'm happy to say that because of Dr. Peress and his incredible team, I am 16-weeks pregnant with a little boy. After a two-year struggle, Dr. Peress and Dr. Matilsky made a miracle happen. And fast. I have no doubt that my success after the first cycle was entirely because of them and their specialized knowledge of infertility. There are a lot of good doctors in South Florida, but Dr. Peress and his team are in a league all their own. They combine their years of experience and knowledge with a warmth and genuine care for their patients. While I hope no one has to struggle with infertility, Boca Fertility is the place to go for those that do.

I want to give a special thank you to Dr. Peress' team. We all know it takes a village! Thank you to Dr. Matilsky for your laboratory brilliance. When the retrieval didn’t go as well as planned, you worked a scientific miracle. One in which I am forever indebted to you. Thank you to Amy and Cheryl for taking my many, many phone calls and for always being there when I needed you. And of course, for the many hugs I needed throughout the process. Thank you to Lori, Veronica, and Michele for your cheerful and upbeat personalities. I don't know how you can be so perky when most of the world hasn't even had their first cup of coffee yet. And on Sundays too! Thanks to Bonnie for answering my health insurance questions. This can be a large financial undertaking, and I appreciate the time you spent walking me through my insurance plan. You brought great comfort in an already stressful time. And thanks to Sharon - you bring such an amazing energy and great humor. You could lift anyone’s spirits. And of course, Dr. Peress. We all like to think we make an impact on others’ lives. And in a lot of cases, I’m sure we do. But in your case, you change lives. When there’s only sadness and despair, you bring hope. And in my case, a baby. Thank you for all that you do and for the lives that you change forever.

It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else. Their office was way too cold, I was absolutely freezing. I usually don't have a problem with the cold, but I wanted to get out of that office as soon as possible. I was disappointed with how long I had to wait in their waiting room. I wish I would have been able to be seen sooner. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help.
