There were a few times throughout my appointment that I felt judged and criticized, but not too many. I didn't feel like they completely respected me. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They didn't give me confidence in their abilities. I began to doubt that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about.

They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule.
