Dr. Blake answered all of my questions, clearly and in detail, making sure I understood everything.I had to have surgery for an huge ovarian cyst and polys and they showed me a very detailed video that prepared me and let me know everything I could expect. When I went into surgery with Dr. Blake, his team was very friendly and caring. He even held my hand until the drugs took effect cause was scared as it was my first surgical procedure ever! My visit to the office, I did have to wait a little while, but what Dr. doesn't make you wait. My concern is that when its my turn I get the attention and patience that I need. And Dr. Blake and staff provided that to me.

Good doctor, great support staff, but I did sit in a very cold room for almost 45 minutes in a paper-towel robe before I was seen. I wish, if they'd known it was going to be that long before he could see me, that they'd told me to stay clothed until he was almost ready.

Other than that, no complaints. Professional, knowledgeable and I didn't feel rushed at all.
