After earning his Doctor of Medicine at Rosalind Franklin University, Chicago Medical School in 1995, Dr Yap completed his internship at Yale University in 1996, followed by his radiation oncology residency at Wayne State University Medical Center, Detroit Medical Center in 2000. Dr Yap’s research interests focus on breast cancer. His work has been shared in peer-reviewed journals as well as posters, abstracts and oral presentations.
