Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare: For as long as I can remember, I have been fascinated by the human body. This coupled with a desire to connect with and help people led me to become a PA. Over twenty years into my career and I still love what I do! What I want my patients to know about me: I want my patients to know that I am genuinely interested in hearing about their experiences, thoughts and questions. I want them to feel that they have been heard and are an active partner in their healthcare journey. What I do when I'm not seeing patients: My time outside of work is spent mostly with my husband and three children. When we aren't at school or sporting events, we enjoy traveling, hiking, biking and playing games.
