Dr Kocharla witnessed firsthand family members struggle with rheumatological disorders and knew that she wanted to work in a field that would help make a difference. From an early age, Dr Kocharla’s mother encouraged her to continue learning and to pursue her passions. She is passionate about seeing her patients grow and helping them find the best management option. Dr Kocharla has special interests in rheumatoid arthritis and lupus. In her free time, she enjoys reading, cooking new recipes and traveling. My passion in Rheumatology began when I witnessed firsthand suffering associated with rheumatoid arthritis in my family member.
