We conduct thorough telemedicine consultations with comprehensive medical history review. We will discuss an individualized and customizable plan which may include prescribing FDA approved medications, where clinically appropriate. We offer the industry leading Clean Start Weight Loss® Ketogenic and intermittent fasting diet. The individualized plans will also include addressing food, exercise, sleep and emotional well-being. We will consistently follow you through each step including the maintenance phase, critical for lifelong success.

We are licensed in Arizona and can provide these services to Arizona residents. We are a cash pay practice and do not accept insurance plans. We will be happy to provide you with an itemized receipt for insurance reimbursement or tax purposes.
