Allison Borowski

Dr. Allison Borowski is an assisant professor of radiology at Columbia University Irving Medical Center (CUIMC) and an assistant attending radiologist at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. She is board certified in diagnostic radiology with subspecialty training in interventional radiology and breast imaging. Dr. Borowski is experienced in all aspects of breast imaging and breast cancer diagnosis, including mammography, tomosynthesis, breast ultrasound, breast MRI, and breast biopsies. 
After graduating medical school from New York Medical College, Dr. Borowski completed her residency training in diagnostic radiology at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She completed a fellowship in interventional radiology at Johns Hopkins Hospital and a fellowship in breast imaging at Montefiore Medical Center. She is a diplomate of the American Board of Radiology and an active member of the Radiological Society of North America, the American College of Radiology, Society of Breast Imaging, and the American Roentgen Ray Society. Dr. Borowski is a member of RAD-AID International and is dedicated to bringing radiologic services to countries in need.
