In our work together, I will show up with warmth, openness, and authenticity. I use a Gestalt therapy approach to focus us on the present moment, with particular attention to your emotional and energetic presence. Each client session is unique and my applied tools diverse. However, to give you an idea, I incorporate role-play, visualization, identity parts work, mindfulness, and body work into my therapy practice. Ideally, my clients are open-minded and open-hearted, or willing to work towards that. Your openness in session allows for creative expression, experimentation, and break-throughs.
Our therapeutic connection is of great interest and importance to me. I am changed by my clients just as they are changed by me. Let’s connect and begin the journey.
