I will never, ever go to St Joseph Litchfield Hospital satellite Ed on Dysart Road, I went there on March 24th 2023, I had a cyst on my neck which was about the size of a quarter however it the the height of it was probably about a half an inch, I was in severe pain when the doctor came in the room she looked at me as if I was a piece of s***, her name is Dr.Kuritzky-Havens. I explained to her that I was concerned about the cyst because it has grown eight times its size and just 7 to 8 days and that I was a surviving breast cancer person, she looked at the area on my neck and touched it once and said it's a cyst I explained that I know it's a cyst however I would like for it to be lanced because it is out of control or I would like to have some antibiotics to get started on immediately, she states that it's just a cyst and to see my primary care on Monday which is 2 days more of Agony I have to go through, the granite this is a hospital with an emergency room and that's all she could give me, so I asked if there's any antibiotics that you can give me over the weekend to get in my system in case this bus from the inside or give me a head start on this infection. I also explained to her that the infection from this cyst is affecting my ears my throat and my eye only on the side where the cyst is long story short there was no antibiotics prescribed there were no antibiotics nor antibiotic salve that could have been subscribed there was nothing this doctor recommended for my discomfort not even a heat pack. Besides all this after being discharged I looked at my discharge papers and notice that my pressure that they had taken was161/84. The doctor did not address that problem with me , that was on my discharge papers which I read when I got home. What doctor in the whole wide world do you go to, that does not address that problem alone St Joseph Litchfield Hospital satellite on Dysart has a poor grade of doctors that appears to me have a attitude and not a caring medical one. There really is a lot of Karen's in this world
