the lady at the surprise office told me i could find another place to go if i did not want to take the shot in my ear for what she called a scratch ,and then asked me how many places i had been for help with this scratch. i got up and left and called to get the previous diagnosis given to me by the first dermatologist i had seen. was told i had to wait and talk to the manager. when i did talk to the manager swhe told me i was dismissed from the practice and i would have my patient records in 2 weeks. it took 6 months i guess to have time to get everyone to lie the same., this chicken head of a doctor said i was dismissed because my bookbag almost hit 1 of the 4 total people squished in the exam room in the middle of a pandemic as i got up to leave. then stated for the next 2 weeks they had to walk in groups while on christmas and new years break and since i was not in any threat of death she let me go. i have referrals to surgeons needed to fix your scratch and in the past 7 months since my visit have not gotten any help with my medical condition . you have committed a crime by telling lies on my medical records you have committed malpractice by letting me suffer dont think for one second im coming for you at work im getting a lawyer and coming for your job.
