All state-of-the-art fixtures and appliances including a Chef's dream kitchen with separate eating area. All rooms are equipped for cable TV, telephone,and computer. We even have a computer person on staff to help out.
The home and its residents are protected by monitored perimeter and fire alarms. The entire house s serviced by a two-way intercom/music system.
Plush furnishings include new leather furniture accented by deep cherry wood. There is an enclosed gas fireplace, big-screen TV which becomes the common area entertainment hub for the residents.
We even offer a new pool table and a Boccie Ball court just off of the large,fully covered patio complete with grill. The lot has 38 fruit and nut trees accented by lavish flower beds and accent lighting.
Mountain views surround the home and the valley floor glistens at night with Phoenix lights just a stones throw to the east. We are located on the south side of Surprise, Arizona and only minutes away from an array of medical facilities including several large hospitals.
