Promiseland Assisted Living I is located in a residential neighborhood in the center of Lubbock, just minutes from the medical district. We are licensed for 12 residents and can also provide respite and day care. We have been providing assisted living care for 14 years and now have three locations. Promiseland is privately owned and operated by Teresa Scoggins, a RN with 28 years of experience.
