About
Our caregivers are carefully screened, are subject to a criminal background check, and are RN-trained before being assigned to clients. They are covered under workers’ compensation insurance and are eligible for medical and dental coverage. (Because our caregivers are Homecare, Inc. employees, their tax withholdings and insurance are taken care of.) Our wonderful caregivers are our lifeblood, and we pride ourselves on having many of our employees stay with us long-term. Dedicated and compassionate caregivers mean a high quality of care, and a high quality of life, for your clients in need.
Our staff works with the client, their family, and medical providers to create a cohesive case managed atmosphere for each individual client. The office staff and our registered nurse are available after office hours 24 hours a day via pager for urgent situations.
We can help with clients who are pre- or post-surgical, recent hospital discharge, convalescing or Hospice patients. Our caregivers can also provide supervision or companionship for recently admitted or moved patients, who may be confused or agitated. We provide a free pre-service assessment visit; if there are time constraints, we can often set up service via phone and fax. And, our service is as much or as little as the client needs—from a short visit to round-the-clock care.
