I found this therapist through my insurance provider. It was the worst therapy session because her tone was accusatory, she questioned why I needed therapy, and within less than 30 minutes made negative comments about my character. After the visit she did not provide any notes and she cancelled the next appointment (before I could). If I did not have a supportive family, she could have done more damage to my mental state. She was not helpful at all. I share this as a warning to anyone who is considering scheduling time with this social worker.
