In my practice I offer psychotherapy to treat anxiety, grief, post traumatic stress and many other issues. I offer treatment that focuses on integration of loss, and trauma in order to promote wellness, health and growth.
I offer therapies that operate on many levels: cognitive, somatic and emotional. Using these approaches it is possible to promote healing at deeper levels than is possible with talk therapy alone .Clients choose the therapies that resonate with them and meet their needs. I offer EMDR therapy, Jungian sandplay therapy,emotion focused and traditional talk therapy.
