I specialize in short-term, solution-focused therapy to assist clients in coping with their problems. In fact, I generally give my clients individualized, practical suggestions to alleviate their symptoms during the very first session.
I have over 10 years of clinical experience and I am passionate about my chosen career. I have had the pleasure of working with people of every age and background and derive great satisfaction from seeing my clients transition from feelings of despair to feelings of hope and strength.

Sometimes life can be hard and getting help from a professional can be very beneficial. I quickly build a working rapport with my clients to address difficult issues such as depression, anxiety, panic attacks, everyday stressors and relationship issues. Also, I have extensive experience working with people who have lost a loved one.
