I believe therapy is a safe place in which people can learn and grow by developing an understanding of their emotional states. By understanding yourself better you can begin to cope with your pain and learn to react to others in a positive manner. In treating families or individuals, my goal is to emphatically help people heal. With healing comes enriched life experiences that enable us to become closer to the ones we love. I utilize a relational approach with groups and families to achieve this goal together.
