During his residency in obstetrics and gynecology, Dr Utter found the most interesting and gratifying part of his training was the management of complicated pregnancies. He worked with perinatologists who became his professional role models because of their great skills and knowledge, as well as their integrity and empathy. One reason Dr Utter enjoys coming to work is the variety that each day brings. In the maternal-fetal medicine field, he says no two days are ever the same.
