This is my first time dealing with this company; however, there customer service is none existent!! You are on the phone for 1 to 2 hours just to speak to someone and then when you finally do get through you'll probably get someone who hasn't a clue!! Very frustrating!! I know this company can't be that busy that a person has to wait hours to get someone to answer the phone. Due to this the next time I need anything I'll make sure to go somewhere else.
