Services I use many different services for Holistic Occupation and Physical Therapy----

Reiki- Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

Craniosacral Therapy- Craniosacral therapy is a holistic healing practice that uses a very light touch to balance the craniosacral system in the body, which includes the bones, nerves, fluids, and connective tissues of the cranium and spinal area.

Transformational Movement- Transformational Movement Awareness lessons allows people to engage in precisely structured movement explorations that involve thinking, sensing, movment, and imagining. Many are based on developmental movements and ordinary functional activities. Some are based on more abstract explorations of joint, muscle, and postural relationships. The lessons consist of comfortable, easy movements that gradually evolve into movements of greater range and complexity. There are hundreds of movement lessons and variations of movement ability in all planes, and levels, from simple in structure and physical demand to more difficult lessons.

Childspace and Child Development - The Child'Space method is used in conjunction with many other tools to invoke & improve response and ensure that all of a baby’s developing systems receive the stimulation they need during the critical period from birth to independent walking (which of course can be different for every child). I do not believe that any child falls into a pattern of beliefs that at a certain age they are to accomplish certain techniques; each child is his/her own source of learning and developing in which is appropriate for their lessons at that time. When a child is allowed to develop at his/her own pace they are incorporating their own unique ways. As a practitioner, I model myself with that of the family and child to know when and how to engage a baby’s primary developmental pathways, empowering parents with new ways to observe and interact with their children, allowing for understanding of where support and techniques can be implemented.

Massage Therapy- specializing in treating chronic neck, shoulder, and lower back pain; chronic fatigue, headaches, emotional stress and bringing balance to life. Offering Integrated Body Therapeutic Massage, which is a combination of a very gentle soft tissue manipulations, myofascial release, muscle energy, and classic Sweedish massage elements. She pays strong attention to the restoration pattern that helps you completely relax and reduce stress.
