Nancy is very rude, condensing and sarcastic!! She should NOT be in a position to counsel anybody!! She is very insensitive, and will make you talk about your life, then laugh at you and make sarcastic comments. For example, she started off our session by sarcastically saying, "Round two, what's going on"...then she proceeded to asked me to describe an incident in regards to my childhood and when l told her, all she could say was..."Omg that's weird", "How strange", and "l've never heard anything like that, what a crazy story!!!" "We have to make this conversation short cause l got another client." I felt like a band aid had been ripped off my flesh, and was left wide open, without her giving me words of encouragement, or even commiserating with me. She made me feel vulnerable, sad, and full of anxiety!! When l got home, my anxiety was so bad that l couldn't sleep, and l called my insurance company to get me another counselor!! If you want a good sensitive counselor go elsewhere!!

absolutely horrible. I informed her that her client took me in his car while completely drunk and refused to let me out of his vehicle. I had to call the police to get him to let me out.
She never reported this and never addressed it with the importance that it deserved.

He later tried to run me over with his car. Once again, I had to call the police.
At this time, he chose to no longer do counseling with me.
I did call his counselor about the issue.
She did nothing.
