I have been seeing Dr. Moore on a monthly basis for a good number of years. His 20 minute adjustments are thorough. His chiropractic sessions combined with stretching and regular exercise have greatly reduced my chronic lower back pain to the point where I can (run and place in most) 10-k races. I'm 65.
