About

David Wilder

I have worked with a wide variety of people and problems. I have a down-to-earth, sensible approach to helping people live the life they want.
I work collaboratively with individuals, and/or their partners/families to help find solutions that they can live with. I focus on the strengths you already have and help you to build new ones. I use techniques from a variety of theoretical backgrounds; such as Art Therapy, Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Anger Management Skills and common sense.
I have been providing mental health services for over twenty five years on Whidbey Island, in Seattle and in Everett.
