I met with Monica and we had a discussion about me and where I am in my life right now. She explained what she was going to do. During the session , I became very relaxed and went into some REM sleep with colorful visions. I felt slight heat, tingling and almost a floating sensation, and the only way I can really explain. It is like a “massage for your soul”, that night I had the most peaceful sleep and the next day I had a weird sensation of feeling taller. My daily shoulder and knee pain are almost unnoticeable. Highly recommended. !
