I wouldn't of given it 1 star if I didn't have too.
My Furbaby has allergies, and his Holistic vet is in Cranberry.
I called to see if Steele might by chance have the injection, instead of running to Cranberry from Washington. They assured me they had it. But we had to wait 3 days for an appt.
Day of appt, we arrive and they tried to inject something other than what I ask for. When questioned, they brought in the receptionist that I had spoken to on the phone.
She flat out called me a bold face liar. Why would I lie...anyways..NEVER went back, never will. Their staff is disgusting.
