My pet is so spoiled every time we come here. There is always food and water available and the occasional random toy to play with as well. I have complete confidence in their ability to successfully diagnose and treat my pet with any ailment they might have. They've handled everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.

When your pet had to stay in overnight care did this veterinarian call you with follow-ups when they promised they would?
Absolutely not! I was a complete wreck waiting by the phone
Was this veterinarian able to perform all basic as well as complicated procedures?
Not at all, they seemed completely incompetent and unable to perform even the most basic procedures
Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy?
Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
Not really, it wasn't very clean
Was this provider argumentative or easily angered?
Very, they contradicted everything I said and became very angry
