I work with individuals, couples and families on a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, infidelity, military deployment, reintegration, communication, and parenting. I approach therapy from a Solution-Focused, and Gottman Couples therapy lens. I believe that individuals, couples and families have the ability to find the solutions to what brings them into therapy.Through our therapeutic journey together we will explore solutions and process the issues and/or patterns that are present in your marriage/family. I specialize in treating individuals, couples, families from a systemic perspective. I provide individual, couples and family therapy in Central Minnesota. I offer evening and Saturday appointments. I am a fee for service provider which means I do not accept insurance. I do offer a sliding fee scale which session cost vary from $50.00-$75.00.
