I specialize in treating addictions, anxiety, depression, grief, ADHD, anger, PTSD. I am certified in the use of EMDR.
These are particularly challenging times and it's easy to get overwhelmed by the mounting pressures and stress. When we feel we've depleeted our resources it can be very difficult to ask for help. I find it an honor to work with those who take that step to ask.
