Family member was encouraged to get some help. Children involved, needed to see some progress and verify clean UA's before visitation resumed. Was promised by staff I would get monthly reports and UA results - I got one UA sent by my family member, never from the agency, and I never received one report. When I called, there were a lot of excuses about losing the UA, etc.
If you go here, make sure you get what staff promises to you in writing.
