They love screwing with patients mental health here. Waited a whole month just to be told less then 4 hours before the appointment that they didn't take my insurance. That's after being told that it was confirmed that they did when the appointment was created (they also ask for s.s. # and credit card info when creating the appointment). Not only did they wait to tell me but were completely unsympathetic towards me now having to wait at least another month to get myself taken care of. Thank god I am not someone easily frustrated or upset but they couldn't care less that this could prohibit someone from seeking the mental health treatment they need or worse results. This isn't some common cold this is someone mental state they don't care about while being a "psychiatrists" office. Please look elsewhere if you want a doctor's office who actually cares about you as a person and what your going through.
