It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
