The technicians are very nice and so are the front desk staff and the spa is very clean and aesthetically pleasing. However, the vellashape treatment to remove cellulite that costs a lot of money DOES NOT WORK. I didn’t see any reduction in cellulite despite following their instructions to a “T”. I drank water religiously, exercised and came in for regular treatments and still nothing. I also feel like they sold me an extra treatment that I paid $150 for that was a total waste of money although I was told that 7 was the magic number. I’m just very disappointed because it cost a lot of money and based on the photos on their website and what I was told, I would definitely see results - significant results but unfortunately, I didn’t see any results, let alone significant.

I had several procedures including Ulthera face lift, fillers, botox, teeth whitening and skin tightening. All turned out very nice. Their staff is very friendly and Dr. Marcus is not just professional but very talented in her work. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
