Angela Phan does not conduct herself professionally. She said she accepts our health insurance and then gave me a hard time about the numbers she needed, which no other health care provider has ever done. After the consultation she said we needed 3 appointments each for both of my children. Her schedule was weeks out and we were fine with waiting. The late night before the first appointment, she texted to cancel and couldn't get that appointment rescheduled for over a month out. I was ok with that. Then the next appointment we had scheduled she texted 2 hours before to cancel yet again. She doesn't keep her appointments and cancels last minute every time. This is highly inconvenient and unprofessional. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME trying to get in with this person.
