At the Gestalt Training Center, I had an excellent experience for my 3-year training. The people and the process were outstanding, and I found I learned so much from the time I spent there. I am not a therapist--I am a professor. But I use Gestalt all the time when dealing with people and with myself. I believe everyone can learn something about how to deal more authentically with others.

I attended the three-year program as well as several group sessions. Not one to enjoy sharing my issues with others, I found the Gestalt group an excellent opportunity to learn and to deal with my concerns. No pressure, no deep serious turmoil, but gracious, gentle work. I learned so much. I recommend this center for anyone who does not want to become involved in long, drawn-out therapy but wants to deal with some of the issues of life.
