Dr. Neilans and I worked together for several years following a series of tragic events. I credit him with helping greatly in keeping me alive in a time I wasn't so sure I wanted to stay alive. He is calm, knowledgeable, and goes out of his way to provide a good experience for each client.

It wasn't Dr. Nielans so much as his staff that turned me off to this place. Therapy is definitely contingent upon your paying extra (rather than less) to see a nurse practitioner, and if you owe them $40 they will terminate "therapy," charge you a 75% surcharge,and make sure "Elaine" harasses you until it is paid. I should have left that place a long time ago. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. I spent half my day in their waiting room. I can't believe they would expect anyone to wait that long. I didn't feel safe in their care at all. I didn't trust their motives. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me.
