I am a transsexual and sought the services of Pam to assist me in my transition and have been seeing her for nearly 2 years. Although I initially struggled with the acceptance of this fate of mine, she made me feel comfortable and confident. I have seen several therapists in the past, but she has a unique approach which has proven immensely beneficial. In between sessions, she encourages her patients to keep journals about their feeligns or whatever in between the sessions and to send them to her via email. This benefits both her and the patient as it gives her the advanced info on what to work on at the next session without wasting a lot of time at the session; plus, it helps the patient by journaling helps releases feelings of anxiety and other feelings. It didn't seem like they took care of their office very well. It was kind of clean, but it seemed very unorganized and somewhat dirty. I've never received better advice from anyone else. It was sound, helpful, and completely unbiased. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.
