This psychologist was probably an effective clinician/diagnostician 20 years ago, but he has clearly "checked out' of his business. Limited "part time" office hours should not mean "limited follow-up". His office has clearly transitioned from a psychology to mainly a cosmetic electrolysis practice (his wife), with very little emphasis on mental health care. If you leave a message, the average wait time (after repeated calls) is 10-14 days for returned call (if at all). If in a mental health crisis or need for timely diagnostic testing (clinic "specialty"), this is not the office to call.

Carlaw is a quack... Utterly ruined my family relationships. Avoid this quack at your own risk. No help what so ever... Only interested in the insurance money!
