Services Adult Fitness and Personal Training:
At Vaccaros Sports Conditioning Institute, you will experience the very best in Adult Personal Training. Our Number one goal is always injury prevention while making sure that all routines are still effective and always unique and fun.

Track & Field Training:
Learn from the experts who have trained thousands of athletes from all over New Jersey and the country. Learn how to improve your stats in every event and lower your times in every race by improving running technique, event technique, increasing power and strength and reducing nagging injuries like shin splints.

Football Training:
The The SCI football academy is one of the best groups of speed and strength coaches put together on the east coast. We will make any position faster, stronger and more athletic and training in a "game specific" fashion. WE are also the leaders in combine prep training. We don't just make athletes better, but also help develop athletes into young men.

Boot camps:
Venture Bootcamp classes are fun, high-energy classes for all fitness levels with the combination of strength, endurance, agility, core and balance exercises for 1 hour lead by one of the innovators in the industry, Charlie Toole.

Speed Training:
Any athlete in any sport can get faster through improved running mechanics, increased agility and better balance. The Speed Training program at S.C.I. enhances all of these elements. We have been teaching these techniques for almost 20 years to over 30,000 athletes throughout the country. The difference from all the other imitators is S.C.I. is not a copy cat program. Where other supposed Speed Training Facilities will have your athletes getting hurt training in the most current fad like flipping tires, our routines are based on sound science developed by almost 20 years of INJURY FREE training.

We separate ourselves from competitors by designing programs that are specific toward each clients / groups needs and dont just implement a cookie cutter program thats the same for everyone.

Strength and Power Training:
All athletes at all ages need to improve Power and Strength Conditioning. At S.C.I., we implement the training revolution. The training revolution is a cutting edge training philosophy designed by the owner, Brad Vaccaro. The Training revolution implements all strength training exercises, but teaches techniques that allow athletes to use less weight, and still get the same results, thereby reducing any chance of injury. We utilize balance and pre fatiguing techniques and proper functional training to achieve our results, and dont just mindlessly load heavy weights and end up causing debilitating injuries.

i have trained with brad and two of the other trainers at SCI and i have to say i really enjoy it. they are all friendly and have their own unique training methods and philosophies which helps keep my workouts fresh and different to prevent me from quitting. im the type of person that needs constant motivation and assistance especially when it comes to weight management and they really know what they are doing. i highly recommend them even if you dont want to train with them because the gym is awesome and they have some cheap nutrition programs you can sign up for without joining the gym.
