To ensure your comfort and privacy, our facility is a modern office with 10 private treatment rooms. We have been helping patients in Venice since 2004 and in the Sarasota area since 1993. We recently celebrated our three-year anniversary in this Venice, Florida location.
First Option Physical Therapy is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association with sections of Orthopedic and private practice since 1991. We staff two physical therapy aides who are licensed massage therapists, and two office personnel who have extensive experience in customer service and office administration.
Our Physical Therapist, Helberts Tambley brings extensive knowledge and experience in hospital settings, orthopedic, sports medicine, and home health care. Helberts Tambley has been practicing for over 23 years. He takes the time to listen and understand the patient’s issue in order to determine their special needs. He works with the doctor to choose the plan of treatment that would best benefit the care of each patient and get them to full function as soon as possible. Progress reports are sent to the doctor as often as every two weeks to ensure the physician is updated on the patient’s care and situation.
