Transitions is a very tranquil place. Located in the Northern part of Rome, NY; it sits off of the main road and has a pleasant home away from home atomosphere. From the decor of the lobby to the beautiful massage room. The soft music is so relaxing and hot towels are applied for no extra charge with most massages.
Classes are beginning to form for 2010's grand opening. There will be meditation/visualization, Reiki classes, yoga workshops and much more. Watch the website for more details.
